Anhydrous Alcohol
Anhydrous Alcohol
Our alcohol is neutral and pure as possible so it does not to affect the end product
our Anhydrous alcohol “ethanol” has very low water content, typically 99% or higher. true to its nature, “anhydrous” means “without water,” we produce this type of alcohol mainly for industrial, pharmaceutical, and fuel applications.
Our Production Process includes
Fermentation:
Produced by fermenting sugars from crops such as corn, sugarcane, or wheat. Yeast then converts the sugars into ethanol and carbon dioxide.
Distillation:
Ethanol is then separated from the fermentation mixture through distillation, reaching about 95% purity.
Dehydration (Water Removal):
To achieve the perfect anhydrous (absolute) ethanol, we remove the water is using, Molecular sieves (most common method) or Azeotropic distillation with benzene or cyclohexane.
Uses
Pharmaceuticals & Medical: Solvent in medicine production, disinfectants, and laboratory applications.
Fuel Industry: Used as a biofuel additive in gasoline (E85 ethanol fuel).
Cosmetics & Personal Care: Found in perfumes, lotions, and beauty products.
